| Once
this has been done, the raw material goes
to an assembly of hermetic silos that are
connected by a computerised system that
provides us with permanent information on
stock control. Consequently, we can obtain
the correct dosage and storage method for
the different grinding systems. |

In
keeping with client demand, this grinding
is undertaken either by the traditional
method using stones, or the modern particle
micronisation method.
A
pneumatic system transports the final product
to the direct steam sterilisation plant.
This is computer controlled and here our
product is treated with predetermined parameters
such as steam pressure, temperature, sterilisation
time, etc.
The
next stage dries the residual humidity left
by the process and cools the paprika, passing
it through a sieve, adjusting the granulometre
to the size requested by our client. |
